KM Foundation works to expose injustice, educate communities, support victims, and advocate for accountability through media, investigative journalism, education, and community action.
Our mission
Too often, the people most affected by injustice are the last to be told what happened. KM Foundation exists to close that gap: we document, verify, and publish; we sit with families through hearings; and we press institutions to answer the questions they would rather avoid.
We are independent of the agencies we cover and accountable to the communities we report on. Nothing we publish about a person's story goes out without their knowledge.
How we work
Advocacy & accountability
We follow cases through courtrooms, agencies, and public records so that families are not left to fight alone or in silence.
Investigative journalism
Our newsroom, produced with TNA Media Group, reports on systems rather than rumours — documents first, verification always.
Education
KM Academy teaches people how records requests, hearings, and reporting work, so communities can advocate for themselves.
Community support
Referrals, court accompaniment, and practical help for victims and survivors navigating institutions after harm.
Editorial standards
Documents and named sources over speculation. Corrections are published, not quietly edited. Sample content on this site is labelled as such.
Privacy for survivors
People decide how much of their story is public. We never publish identifying details about a victim without informed consent.

Investigative reporting is produced in partnership with TNA Media Group, with legal review before publication.
